At Affordable Furniture, we want every customer to love the pieces they bring home. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to help. Please review our return guidelines below.

All Sales Are Final on Most Items

Because many of our products involve special ordering, delivery, or assembly, most sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations may not be accepted unless the item meets the conditions listed below.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately.

To process a claim, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos or videos of the damage

• Your order number or receipt

Once reviewed, we will determine whether the item will be:

• Repaired

• Replaced

• Or eligible for store credit

Refunds to the original payment method may not be available.

Incorrect Items Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, or manufacturer policies, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Mattresses

• Pillows

• Clearance or final-sale items

• Assembled furniture

• Custom or special orders

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Measuring doorways, hallways, and spaces before purchase

• Choosing correct colors, fabrics, and configurations

• Ensuring someone is available during the scheduled delivery window

We cannot accept returns due to sizing issues if the product fits the description provided.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed, ordered from the manufacturer, or prepared for delivery.
Once the order is in progress, it cannot be canceled.
